In the event you purchase out Tenant Match Premier AND RentalWatch Service , we will guarantee our assistance filling ay vacancies with no extra fees for the first 12 months. If any properties filled through TenantMatch Premier and managed through our RentalWatch serice goes vacant in the first 12 months of our assistance with filling that vacancy we will provide our service again for free. If any such property goes vacant during months 13-24 after our assistance with filling that vacancy, we will provide our service again at a 50% discount. Remember this is only applicable with regard to properties for which you are and have been using both our TenantMatch Premier AND RentalWatch Services for the duration of the relevant tenancy. In the event you purchse our TenantMatch Premier Service and NOT our RentalWatch Service the guarantee periods will be the first 6 months at no charge and the second 6 months at a 50% discount.
